I went to the website to see if they could fix my Pixel 3. The website indicates that they have or can get parts for my phone. I called to see if they had parts on hand for my phone. The guy on the phone said they did not. I asked if they could order. He said the could not. My wife's phone broke the next day, and she wanted to go get it fixed. I've been here multiple times now over the years. They do some work for free. Especially if it was just a piece of pocket lent got stuck in the a port. Other times I've paid for their service. The only downside is due to a contractual obligation they have with Samsung. Even if you don't use your phones tap to pat feature. If it's not working, they will not fix your phone. But if you prepaid a down payment for parts and services. They will reimburse you.
Brendan you’re amazing these people are the most gracious and hard working ever, I took my iPad in for something I did to it, they were able to fix it and didn’t charge me! Now that is customer service. I would recommend and I will use ‘ubreakifix’ hands down! Thank you
