Terrible service. Had our PlayStation for weeks. Did not even look at it for over a week, finally looked at it and confirmed what we said was wrong with it but did not know the price of repair or a timeline for repair. Finally got a pick up day for when he said it would be fixed and went to get it. -It was not put back together and he told me it is unrepairable. Had to sit and wait for him to put it back together. Will never go back.

Dione is awesome! Took my son’s PS5 in for repair. He was polite courteous and explained the process. He provided excellent customer service.
