I dropped off a dell laptop to get my charging port fixed. Pickup it up a day later. They told me it was fixed but it want. I bought it back and they told me I need a battery but that didn’t work either. They told me it was the motherboard and that wasn’t the issue. They didn’t fix it. So, I’ve picked it up not fixed.

The people at the store stayed opened after closing to return my phone and they were very pleasent the entire time.
