Very knowledgeable, knew the issue and the fix as soon as I walked in. Understood what I needed and how to fix it before I even handed the phone over. Clearly stated the prices and a plan to repair it gave me option to fit my budget and needs and stated the worst case and the best case scenario for ny repair. These guys are pros and worth the trip especially worth trusting them with your sentimental needs that are wrapped up in our devices. Highly recommend their services
Unbelievable servuce! Windows update bricked my laptop. I tried everything couldn't get it to boot up. Took it to UbreakIfix. Dropped it off at 1pm repairs complete by 5 pm. Prices very reasonable.
