I want to say the chick's name is Marissa, That works for the Sierra Vista store. SHE IS AWESOME! Great personality, awesome customer service, and blessed me with a new screen, phone cleaning, and batteries. GIVE THE CHICK THAT WORKS THERE A RAISE! Keep her around!
I accidentally spilled some water in the keyboard of my laptop. I wasn't sure where to take it to have it looked at. Only three places popped up when I did a Google search. , UbreakIfix had a slightly higher rating and a lot more reviews. I dropped my device off with Caitlyn and picked up a functional laptop the next day. Caitlyn and Parker were easy to deal with, prompt, and professional. I felt the price was fair and highly recommended them.
Very knowledgeable. Service was quick and done on time.
No problem with pc, the printer was beyond repair
