The team in Sierra Vista was very good. Quickly diagnosed the issue and offered me options to get it fixed. Will definitely be going back! I did go back several times, and the service has been fantastic everytime! Been back yet again and they are honest and communicative! Will keep going back.
Excellent work and friendly professional service
Once my phone was unlocked it only took 2 hours to replace the cracked glass
The staff was very professional and friendly. Caitlin was incredibly professional and was able to handle a very business store alone for a while. She definitely was the only reason I stayed and paid the costly fee. My phone was fixed in a couple of hours and it looks brand new! So far it's working great and I was happy that I didn't lose any of my information.
Was disappointed that they couldn't just replace the battery ---- Without replacing the inner screen also!!
