Made an appointment for a day-of visit for a phone repair. Their team called to confirm details before my arrival, and to verify that the service could be provided. Once I arrived, service felt friendly and efficient. Repairs were completed within 2 hours per their original estimate.
Anthony was so helpful! Although this location didn’t have on-site technicians to repair my Apple Watch screen, he went out of his way to find another store that could and even set up an appointment for me. On top of that, he was kind enough to apply a screen protector to my iPad before I left. Excellent service!
