I came here for a phone battery replacement after mine became swollen. I called ahead to confirm they had the parts and could do the repair the same day, since I was traveling 1.5 hours by public transit. The staff member said they were backlogged with repairs that day but did have the parts, and could likely get it done that day or the next. Called in for a quote for replacing a iphone battery......$219. That sounds completely reasonable but if you don't like that price then you can sign up for a membership and get the rate reduced. But why would I want to sign up for a membership when I don't need one. I'd rather go elsewhere and never give this place my business.
