the guy helping me at the counter, when he was holding my phone he kept pressing either the thumbprint or the keypad numbers and fully locked me out of my broken phone, now it wont let me use face scan or thumbprint and half of my screen doesn't register touch, so I cant even use my pin code, made the situation even worse
