I can’t say enough good things about Jay at uBreakiFix by Asurion. He went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally selected the wrong phone on my claim — a mistake that could’ve cost me $400. Jay not only caught the issue, but he stayed 30 minutes after closing to make sure my claim was filed correctly and fully taken care of. I broke the back of my phone the glass part, I went here to get it fixed all they had to do was replace the glass on the back and they replaced my entire battery with a fake battery? I got a notification in my settings about how my phone couldn’t recognize the battery because it wasn’t an “apple genuine product” my phone shut off and wouldn’t turn on unless I plugged it in at which it would stay at 1% and not charge any above that and it would die every minute and then restart from the apple logo, but as soon as I unplugged ... read more
