Brought my Alienware tower in because the cpu cooling fans failed. Still under warranty from Dell my options were to ship it back, wait for a tech, or bring it to a certified location. No way I would want to ship it and I didn't want to take off work to wait for someone! So as uneasy as it was I went to the location and they proved my skepticism wrong. Very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Employees actually know what they are doing. They keep me updated through the whole process.
I want say the group of uBreakiFix were very kind, knowlegable, and true to make me aware my computer would be fast and accurate again. My rating they were GREAT!!!!!!!
Not sure why this one has a 100% rating, unless the opening attendant Saturday just started recently, in which then that my make sense. Anyway, He was rude, n when we asked him questions he became irritated. Also we were told it would be done in 2 hours , so we came back in 2 hours and he said Rudely 40 more minutes. We returned in 40 more minutes and it was still not done!!
Fast service, got my device back the same day. Very upfront with pricing. Friendly staff
Horrible place made me spend 400$ dollars just to tell me they couldn't do anything got fired because of the staff they told me they had my phone in the back and never gave ut to me they started laughing and talking and when i aked for my ohone they ignore me i got FIRED because of them DO NOT COME HERE it's a waste of time
