Went in for a battery replacement and walked out with a damaged non working screen and no network service issues. Went back the following day only to be told I done something to the screen. Called my provided and nothing on their end with issues. Notes claimed my phone was DOA and passed all testing when leaving, but no glue was used to seal my phone. They got service to work, but wanted to charge me $350+ on a new screen! Lots of inconsistencies with notes and I left with a paperweight of a phone in return. Never will retur... read more
