Honestly was not aware of the high diagnostic test. Sent in a ps3 was told that it may or may not be fixed, but ultimately was told by you guys that it was better off just getting another one. So the ps3 was never fixed and was charged over 60$ for … essentially just to check to see what was wrong and not be fixed. Yeah never going back.

UPDATE: well I finally got through and went there with my phone. The service was so great I have to give them a pass on the initial experience. Fast, friendly and quality work. One of your people was working hard to assist an elderly person. Patience and consideration! Wow! Maybe I should have been patient myself. . Highly recommended! i made an online appointment. They don't answer their phone. Disconnect you. No way to confirm that they have the parts necessary to repair my Pixel 6a
