I had a great experience. I dtopped off my phone at the appointment time. Pick it up repaired 3.5 hours later. Great staff too.
Do not get your screen repaired here. I've been to this location three times, once to fix my screen and twice to try and fix the issue caused by their bad screen replacement. My screen repair went fine but the front camera stopped focusing after the screen repair. If that was all that happened I wouldn't be leaving this 1-star review, but I have been mislead several times by employees and the manager at this location. Had the dreaded green screen for a few weeks, then turned into a vertical green line that didn't go away with my Google Pixel 8.... This store was amazing. Took care of all the paperwork and extended warranty with Google to get my screen replaced, before the day was done. Super friendly and just made a crappy situation better! Would definitely go back if I ever needed it.
