Great service. And Cat was very personable and friendly
My iPad wouldn’t shut off and Cat showed me how to force a hard reset. Problem solved in under 3 minutes. Always service with a smile at this store. On my second visit Dylan helped solve my Epson printer problem. He installed a new ink absorber pad and found the website that had the key to download to reset the printer. And always service with a smile.

I had a fantastic experience here, and I specifically want to give a shoutout to Dylan. I brought my device in because it wouldn't charge, assuming the port was completely broken. Dylan honestly assessed the situation and realized it just needed a thorough cleaning. He fixed it right up and saved me the cost of a replacement part. It’s rare to find a repair shop that prioritizes integrity and saving the customer money over making a quick buck. Excellent service—I will definitely be returning if I ever need another repair!"
