Brought my Galaxy Z Fold 7 in for an inner screen replacement. The estimated repair time was four hours. It took a little more than four hours, but that was okay. What was NOT okay was my inability to pick up my phone because uBreakiFix’s entire network was down. As a result, none of their stores could accept payments from customers. Neither cards nor cash!
