Told them I can't get into my Microsoft email, if they can fix that. They said yes, I received the phone after so called repair, still no Microsoft Outlook. Very disappointed

Great customer service there and very professional. I took my iPad there to get fix and after I got it. i noticed a little gap between the screen and and the main body, Luis took it back and get it fixed right away.
They advertise online no fee for diagnostic. When I phoned they said they charge $20 for diagnostic on the pro buds. When I got to the store they wanted to charge me over $40 for diagnostic. One day later I had to phone them for an update they said the right bud does not pair with the others and they can't fix it it has to go to Samsung and can take 3-4 weeks. When I got to the store to pick up my product since they can't fix it I asked for a printout of their diagnostics and they said they can't print it out. The notes are ... read more
