This guy is never here. I have been next door to Tmobile for help because this guy slaps a “going to lunch” note on his door for 4 hours and the door is always making loud ass noises, fix ur door!! Even customers in Tmobile said his door is loud and annoying. Horrible customer service, don’t even bother coming into this store. One worker who doesn’t care about his customers. Stay away!
Overpriced, paid $270 just to get my iPhone 15 pro max screen overlay replaced.
The team at this particular store always do a great job and I was once again very pleased with their level of work and expertise

Arrived 15 mins before my scheduled appointment and had 6 walk ups in front of me, added hours of wait before I would be served. Obviously business is great to treat customers like this as this is the 2nd UBIFI I have been stiffed at today. What a waste of time. Do NOT use their online scheduler to make an appointment, they do not honor it
