The repair guy came to my door and replaced my screen in about 20 minutes. He did a fantastic job and requesting the repair was very easy, once I found the right link to place my request. The repair link should be more easily accessible. I had to ask the chat bot for it because I couldn't find it anywhere on Verizon's website.
