Phone screen cracked at 8am and continued my workday without a phone. Contacted ASURION at 3pm, who I pay insurance for through Verizon, and they arranged a same day appointment at uBreakiFix. Phone was repaired and back to normal at 4pm. Ian was no nonsense, clear, and quick. Recommend both ASURION and uBreakiFix for the ease and efficiency.
I was desperate! It was Friday, before the 4th of July and the computer I use for work was crashing. I needed it on Monday morning at 8am and they were observing the holiday (Sat) and closed on Sunday. Even though they were busy, they were able to take my computer in, diagnose it and fix it within a few hours. I appreciate you guys, thank you so much!
