I have never used this service before, and was very impressed with the communication and the speed it took to resolve my laptop battery problem & to return it to me in good working order! The $70 diagnostic fee was offset against the price & installation of the new battery, which has a one year warranty!
Ummm Alex is the coolest (and cutest) phone tech ever?!? He came to ME to fix my phone (yeah, they have this super cool service now…like, what!?!? Talk about helping to save my life today!?!). So yeah, now they can actually come to you to fix your phone. And he fixed my seriously cracked screen in about 30 minutes. And I didn’t have to go anywhere. Not ever going anywhere else for my iPhone repairs. Love you guys so much and I will be recommending you to everyone!💋💯💕🙌🏻
The guys did a great job
looks like new
Fabulous service, again. This time, Ashton serviced my cellphone. He was gracious, quick, obviously experienced, and explained what went wrong with my phone, in language I could understand, including how to avoid such a problem again. Same experience as we had our first time here. We are so thankful!
