These people are crooks.. beware. We started at the Puyallup branch and we’re told they sent to the gig harbor branch. They take your electronics, make you wait MONTHS to tell you “it’s unrepairable do you want us to recycle it” after saying no to recycling a $300 device they tell you that you owe them money to get it back. Absolute scam take your business else where.
Google keeps asking for a review and I keep telling them I never went there. They don't seem to listen. Maybe a one star review will entice someone to fix this problem?
This business suddenly disappeared recently without an explanation of how to retrieve equipment left with them for repair.
Showed up at 10am and no one is at the store. Wasted a morning waiting until 11. Phone just rings when you call.
