No one is there, ghost store, evwn after making an appointment.
I have been waiting 2 months for a pixel battery replacement. I scheduled an appointment in August for the issue and when I arrived there were several other people ahead of me and despite having an appointment they were all helped ahead of me. After waiting for nearly 45 mins, they told me they didn't have any batteries. This was despite scheduling an appointment listed with my phone and the reason for repairs. I went with my broken phone where the screen was shattered from the inside and there was a frame damage as well. They took care of it and now the phone is working great! Next day, I brought my laptop too for a keyboard replacement, and again they took care of it. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their device repaired.
I appreciate the communication and willingness to help me out. (Unlike the Portland Maine store). Price was a little high but I still appreciate the service.
