Scheduled appointment online, went to store at the appointment time during normal hours when it is supposed to be open, however store was not open. Cryptic sign says something about the store being sealed... Perhaps temporarily or permanently closed, but no clear info on if or when it will be back
These techs are the best, and the customer service I received was stellar.
Super friendly, and responsive. Had to order a part, called when it came in and fixed my phone that day. Can't ask for more than that. Was also willing to troubleshoot another problem on another device while I was there. Both fixed, happy satisfied camper.
