My experience was smooth. A very professional technician named Sileye dealt with claim. He explained everything thoroughly including what was within their repair limits and what they would not be able to do which would have resulted in a longer wait time. However everything was fixed quickly.

He even installed a screen protector for me, which was such a thoughtful touch and will help keep me from cracking my screen again.
