Good customer service
They should stock batteries for phones and prioritize those with appointments then stupid walk ins. The next nearest to me is like 10 miles away so now I need to do this on a separate day. Don't come here for appointments.
Brought in an iPhone 11 that fell into a swimming pool. Phone worked fine until next day when the screen was unreadable. Took it in, diagnosed battery swelled and screen damage. It was put into a dehydrator for over 24 hours due to the amount of water in it. When dried repaired in less than 1 hour. Works great now. Repair cost was less than expected. Very happy with their work.
Stopped by yesterday and were told to come in today, only to be told they didn’t have the necessary parts. Redirected to find another store on our own. Service felt slightly rushed and dismissive, with a cold attitude. Very inconvenient.
