It was pleasant entering the store and assistance was immediate. The technician was knowledgeable and only repaired what was needed. I was surprise to learn that my computer wasn't as bad off as first thought. The repair was quick and my computer works great. I didn't even loose any information! Thank you!
Left my new and old laptop at their Addison location was told will get at least new one back same day(second one was left to tune up too) Next day called them no answer went to location was sign on the door closed for 2 days Next day they called me said they are not open at this location and need to go to Mesquite which it’s about 20 miles from what I live and it’s not going to be ready on same day will take them 3-4 days to do it.Told them to leave it and will come the next morning to get it got there at 10am which it’s ope... read more
