If Jeremiah arrives to do your repair, reject him and ask for another tech. He does not have adequate experience. He will fry your phone on a simple battery replacement and blame you for it. I will be filing complaints with the BBB and Attorney General office. This company will not take responsibility for their employees, after doing some research, I found out that it is possible to fix what they broke. I had my battery replaced only to find out the replacement battery was worse. I also asked if they could reapply adhesive to my back glass when I noticed a gap. The guy didn't know it was glass and he accidentally cracked it. They did replace the back for free but it's not the original OEM back glass. I asked for the original cracked back glass back and that was that. I don't recommend people go here.
