Very happy, excellent customer service. The employee Ayden was so patient regardless of me not knowing my password and us running into problems. He stayed open 45 minutes past close to ensure we got my phone finished so I could leave with it.
This business is truly impressive and deserves everyone's attention. I had insurance on my phone, and they handled the claim seamlessly, costing me nothing! They replaced my screen, and I was relieved because I thought I needed a whole new phone. The service was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend them!
The guys that work there are always very polite and knowledgeable, they are also quick to fix problems. I've been there a few times and I'm always satisfied.
