first of all when they cleaned my PS3, they didn’t plug the fan back in, and I took the system home to play and it overheated, I called them and let them know they had me bring it back. They plugged the fan back in and gave me a coupon. They also replaced the batteries in my two controllers. But did not clean them or test them. The one controller was internally broken.
