Said was open and drove over here only to find it was closed with a note on the door. Got ahold of someone on the phone who was able to answer questions for me. I have insurance on our Verizon phones. Mom locked her phone. Since we never set up a Google account, we had to pay they $70 to get help and reset the phone back to factory settings and still be able to use it.
