Customer service was amazing. Workers were very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. Took my PS5 in because it was turning off by itself and wouldn’t turn back on for a couple of hours. I told them what was wrong they took it for a couple of days and all it needed was a good cleaning. Now it works like brand new.
