First time visiting the store and my experience was horrible! An appointment was made by a verizon representative for 6:30pm, upon arriving at the store my daughter proceeded to explain to the man what was going on with her phone and that she has an appointment at 6:30pm. The young man behind the counter stated that that was funny seeing how they close at 7pm but he allowed my daughter to explain. Staff is friendly but not helpful. Dropped my computer off in Feb 2025 never received a call for an update. Called in middle of March said part was in it would be ready that weekend. Never called me. I called and called could never get an answer. When I did finally get an answer in May they told me that my computer repair had fallen through the cracks and hadn't been repaired. Took Cell phone to have the screen replaced and the screen was still broken. They do not update or call even when your devices are ready. Such bad cus... read more
Appointment Aug 18 at 1 PM. The gentleman was very courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed my phone in less than 5 minutes. Was a pleasant experience and I would recommend to all my friends. Would definitely come back again if I need another repair.
