Good communication, provided alternate solutions. —NOT REALLY. SEE EDIT Edit: did initial review for free charging bay “cleaning”… i explained the problem thoroughly in my initial inquiry. Brought my tablet in and they suggested I buy a new charging cable even though it was explained that was already eliminated as an issue. They proceeded to say it would be cheaper to buy another tablet vs repairing. Why not say that in the beginning over the phone when questions were asked. Waste of time.
Very kind and friendly staff. I didn’t have half the info they asked for but the were still Willing and able to help me get a new battery for my phone! Edited to say: when I got my phone back, the microphone did not work. I called to have it fixed, brought it back in, upon picking it up after this visit, it was completely fried. We were accused of lying. They said there was water damage. At no point did liquid touch my phone from the time my battery was replaced until returning for the mic repair.
