Brandon’s amazing helped with a cleaning!
My husband came in one hot morning because our phone battery started to bulge pretty good and they did not have a battery we could purchase but they were so helpful in getting all our videos, pictures and phone numbers transferred over to a new phone. I sat out in the car with our dog but my husband said they were very knowledgeable and they got us up and running in no time! We were so worried we would lose it all! This place is great! I walked around the corner from the Verizon store after Verizon said they didn’t want to help me. I was having trouble with my charger cable staying in and ten seconds later it works like new!
Thought I had a permanently dead phone and brought it in just to make sure. Maxwell had me up and running in 3 hours. Phone is working like new and the fix was considerably less than a new phone. The added plus is the friendly store mascot who enjoyed getting scratched behind the ears. Very satisfied with the experience!
