I had an iphone with a cracked screen. I have protection and I filed a claim and they sent me to uBreakFix. I was greeted by Giovanni who quickly assessed the situation and told me my screen was fine, it was my plastic screen protector that was cracked. He peeled the screen protector off and showed me the glass was fine. I was shocked. He said no claim is needed. I was struck by his honesty. UBreakFix is an honest merchant. Good job Giovanni, you get a 5 star.
