The staff was polite and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about the people I interacted with here. That said, my laptop was destroyed. I brought it in because it wasn't charging properly. They claimed that it just needed new charging ports and I paid for that repair. A few months, the charging problem returned. I brought it back in and it was "under warranty." They determined that the device was fried and couldn't be repaired without replacing the entire motherboard. Couldn’t fix my computer screen but was able to disable my touch screen so I could continue working until I got back home. Airline damaged my screen. These guys were great. 10 out of 10 recommend.
This team is downright amazing. The past few weeks have been a rollercoaster for me.
