First time getting a phone repaired. Filled out the appointment with the specific details and submitted it after hours for an appointment the next day. The next day prior to opening, I got a text asking to call in prior to the appointment. So I did and everything was explained over the phone, the possible options of what could be found, the pricing etc. Stopped in, had a quick look at the phone, confirmed it needed a new frame, and got the details.
