took my iphone 16 pro for a screen replacement. came back same day to pick up. they could not release it due to ios issues. and needing calibration. said come back next day because manager was suppose to be able to fix it. to the store closed due to employee shortage. called ashurion to get a resolution and was hung up on. so three days without business phone, do not know when the store will open again. and ashurion does not care about customers at all.
Yeah these guys are amazing they did great work there's nobody else I'd rather go to you should give them all raises absolutely hands down as a matter of fact the guy Daniel who is helping me right now is probably one of the best people I've dealt with a customer wise you should definitely think about giving him a raise
Location temporarily closed but still taking appointments by web. I found out when I arrived that I have to go to the Ankeny location 15 miles away instead
