Terrible. Period. I got off work and arrived at 4:50 on Sunday. I called out because nobody was at the counter, and they told me to wait and I did. 5 minutes later, I was still waiting. I had to call out to them, and finally, someone comes out only yo look at the exterior of my phone, and we can't do anything. I get it, It's almost time to close and ready to go home, but to make me wait, only to tell me they can't do anything. Great service, man, just great.

I'm really only giving a three star because they were very professional. But they did not repair my phone or try to because straight talk would not allow them to do the repair. So ubreakifix I would recommend. But will a Never recommend straight talk as a carrier. NEVER USE STRAIGHT TALK. THEY SUCK. UBREAKI FIX I WILL RECOMMEND.
