The whole process at this location was BAD, my appointment was at 1, I came in at 12, for data recovery from old phone to new phone, I came back at 4 so they can start my repair, because they couldn't at 12. At 6:30 I called and they said that it was only 75% done and needed few more hours, however, they close at 7 pm, and manager would not let overtime happen to finish up my phone transfer. Second time here , probably my last.. unfortunately my carriers insurance only seems to use this company.. My first visit was not the greatest as I was told 1-2 hours , my phone was there till closing. I show up today , explain I have a claim then I was informed that the replacement will not be done untill tomorrow. Not sure if it's my phone that is complicated to work on but it definitely doesn't seem right to me to have to come 3 days consecutivly and have the same result, not having my screen fixed.
I had an appointment and they took me in right on time. The tech checked my laptop and realized nothing was actually broken-there was just a tiny piece of metal stuck in the charging port. He removed it in seconds and wouldn’t even let me pay for it. I really appreciated how honest and kind he was, so I gave him a small tip. Truly amazing service and such a good person. Highly recommend going here!
