I brought my Samsung phone in for an issue that was resolved, but a few hours later another problem came up. It was frustrating, and Samsung made the situation more difficult than it needed to be. Even though it was outside of uBreakiFix's control, they stepped up, stood behind their work, and made everything right. John went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
