My son and I went to the store after we spoke with a google support representative regarding a google pixel 8 with green and flickering screen. According Google representative no appointment or work order was required (Walk-in), but the local representative got issues creating the work order under google extended warranty that will add up to 3 years of warranty for the same screen issue our phone has. After, 45 min to an hour of discussion with the team at the local and google, the phone was not able to fixed there.
