This place is great! They do an excellent job in short time, usually within two hours. All of the employees are polite and helpful. I recommend them to everyone.
My laptop was returned to me with the hard drive missing after 3 weeks of non-service! This is the most unprofessional business or service that I have seen in years. Brandon is beyond terrible and behaves like he is intoxicated. No communication, calls you names to get you to purchase they warranty plan, does not use plastic when handling hard drives, never answer the phone, closes the store so the workers can go to lunch together, no corporate office so they fear no repercussions. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!
