Phone was dialing 911 by itself several times a day. I was told it was under factory warranty, so I left it for repair. When picking it up I was told to pay a substantial charge (more than the phone's cost) and when I asked for the (alleged) faulty and replaced parts, they refused. Then they claimed the phone was visibly physically damaged in more than 5 places. I went straight to T-Mobile and they said the phone was in excellent/like new condition. BEWARE OF THESE WARRANTY SCAMMERS.
