Did a great job with my laptop tune-up. Told them I did not need the data to avoid cost. They did perform the back-up anyway. The cost was $100, which I refused to pay. Had to spend 10 minutes waiting for them to delete back-up which I feel was petty/ poor customer service.
The rep is very professional. He ordered the correct battery for my phone. My phone ended up having a quirk and he had to just put the old battery back in. He restocked the battery I ordered and he gave me a refund. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty.
