Nick at the Ankeny location was awesome! He was quick and helpful in getting our Samsung phone a factory reset. He was willing to help us and he was patient with us while we were making sure the phone was going to work for us. Great customer service. Will plan to come back if we ever need repairs.

Very upset with my phone and cell providers lack of help in any way. Young man was very kind a knowledgeable. I still had to pay almost $400 to get My $1,000 + Phone to work. Only had the phone for 9 months. I feel the guy helping me went above and beyond in explaining everything.
Cleaned out my charge port 2 times learned to use dust cover and back of my iPhone shattered was fixed in half hour with no issues with phone functions highly recommend Blake does great work
Had a phone act a little wrong, they ran a diagnostic and was assured to keep the phone and didn’t think any repairs were needed. Nick was very professional and answered all my questions.
