Very nice person
Replacement of battery and charging port in cell phone. After they received the parts, I was called to bring in the phone. Took less than 2 hours for the staff to replace the parts. All is working fine. The staff is very personable and professional. Thank you to UBreakiFix staff in Geneva, IL.
Jay went above and beyond to fix both of my daughters' phones. He was the best. He left and came back with the part that he needed on a Sunday. The man is a great at his job. Give him a raise.

When I stopped by the uBreakiFix ( Geneva) store, David not only took the time to explain what was happening with my phone, but he was also very patient in removing the unwanted apps. He is not only knowledgeable, but his positive attitude and patience made me feel truly grateful as a customer.
