Good customer service and willing to help in any way
I had a iPhone 13 with a dying battery; I was told by Verizon there was no such thing as a battery replacement and I would have to get a new phone and change my plan to accommodate this new phone. This of course was an all out lie and scam which I reported. I then contacted UBreakIFix in Leesburg and I was up and running next day within a couple hours! Great Job Guys!
I highly recommend uBreakfix. Every time I have needed phone repair, their friendly and competent staff takes very good care of me!
