When I dropped off my iPad, I was told it would take 1-2 days to fix. Life got busy and I realized 4 days later I hadn’t heard back. I called for an update and was told “they tried to leave a voicemail but something was wrong with it.” I had zero missed calls. I’d rather someone say they forgot to call or even just say “oh yes, it’s done and can be picked up”. There’s no need to flat out lie about something so trivial. Very unprofessional Al.
