What? Still waiting for the battery replacement order from 9 months ago. And now they wantva review. Oh! Perhaps when they "ordered" it they did not notice that the battery was discontinued. I learned this at Battery Plus in about a minute, and the replacement was done in 15 min while I waited. These guys don't care, and a system that pings you for feedback when I was never a customer. Now that's a company you want to use to service one's tech hardware
They were able to fix my iPad and it ended up being cheaper than they had originally thought. Appreciate the great customer service!
I called earlier in the week and explained what I needed done. He told me they could fix it and how long it would take. I came in on Saturday and my first impression seeing the floor and windows dirty along with no air conditioning was not good. The only person in the office was the tech and it seemed to be his first day. He told me they did not have the parts and would need to order them so I would have to come back. I would suggest checking somewhere else.
Good experience with dropping off and picking repaired unit up.
Wish zero stars was an option. It took two days and four trips for them to be ready ro replace my phone screen, none of the employees are able to talk to customers at all. After all that they replaced my screen but couldn't run a diagnostic ( i have a wisephone) so they TOOK OFF MY NEW SCREEN AND PUT ON THE CRACKED ONE. Now it is even more cracked. They charged me 30 bucks. THEY CHARGED ME 30 DOLLARS TO BREAK MY PHONE MORE THAN IT WAS ALREADY BROKEN. I wish I was making this up - they took off the new screen and put on the o... read more
