Super easy. The gentleman that helped me explained everything. I had an estimate before we started and it only took an hour!!?? I am very happy with the experience.
I got a new laptop and this iBreakuFix team set it up for me and answered my many questions. I was able to start it up at home and get the websites and apps I needed. And I can use my old mouse and keyboard! I’m very happy with their service and expertise, and I highly recommend them!
They told me that they couldn't fix my Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold because of a problem with their system nationwide specific to this phone, and that Google were aware of the issue and that I would need to go directly through Google for the repair. I spoke to another location of uBreakiFix and both they and Google said they had never heard of such a problem. So I don't understand why the guy here told me this but I completely wasted an hour of my time driving to the store.
Had great experiences in here for both of my phone and computer! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!
