Got my iPhone back after a screen replacement and it was prone to freezing. When I took it back the exact same day, they claimed a minuscule scratch (that wasn’t there when I took it in) voided the warranty so they couldn’t check what was wrong. I took my phone to another uBreakiFix location and they were blown away by how poorly it was installed. Quick iPhone 11 battery placement and cleaned out my charging port
Cracked my phone screen. Went through my cellular provider to start create a claim and schedule a location. Was called the night before to ensure that there was screen replacements available. Walked in later than I was planning to the next day and was instantly created and guided through the process. Went to go eat somewhere to kill an hour and then came back and was ready. ITS FIXED !!!!! :) The whole processes was so simple and easy from start to finish! Thank you!
