This store, (Orange, on Main St) used to be awesome. I left my phone there a month ago to see if it could be restored. Tried calling for 3 straight days, multiple times, no answer. Called another store, they said this store is permanently closed! How on earth can I get my phone back???? Not too professional.
Service sucks at this store. They made me come last Sunday they decided to not open last minute I saw more than 5 clients coming as well just wasting their time. And now they are saying they can’t fix my phone which it was already confirmed in the claim I had with Asurion AT&T reason why I came to this location from the first place. I’m leaving AT&T for good I have never experience anything like this with any other carrier.
I was told my tablet charging port would be fixed in 3 days. I left it for a month. Came every week to get updates, and nothing was done. Tried to charge me for the repair, and when I asked for the old part and itemized recipet, they backed off. Tablet still doesn't work. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.
Not here when they say they are here or not actually open on sunday
The customer service at this place is pretty awesome. The employees are nice. I did an Asurion Home insurance claim. There was a slight delay but the store technician resolved it. My laptop couldn’t be fixed and there was no replacement option since it was two years old so Asurion did a buy out and sent me the market value of my laptop as a PayPal payment.
