Ashley was amazing.
The manager Ashely that works at this location needs to be fired and replaced with someone with better customer service skills. She has poor management Skills poor time management skills and poor communication with customers has no care about her job and how that location does business. Your employee lacks any care to make sure customer personal property comes back to them. Tried to do the stupid pixel fix. Called and they said call back later in the week. Did that and they not only haven't gotten any batteries, but I'm expected to drive 1.5 hours there, sign my name and drive 1.5 hours back to reserve a future battery. Even then I'll have to get a burner because replacement takes like 10-14 days. They refuse an alternate method like reserving with a credit card or DocuSign. What an unholy botch.
Tech was awesome! Got my Z Flip screen replaced in 3hrs. Asurion insurance I paid $0. Get insurance on electronics!
