I was in earlier this week paid 38 for a charging port cleaning which lasted on day the manager was very kind and made it right today and compensated me with a wireless charger thank you so much for having ethics and being kind in your work dealings for clients .
They kept my computer for over a week just to tell me they couldn’t get the part in the end, which wouldn’t have been so much of an issue in itself if not for all the miscommunication throughout the process. First i was told they would be able to diagnose my computer in 2 days, which turned into 5, which turned into seven… They were extremely understaffed, so this review is not against any staff member — everyone i spoke to was very kind, they just didn’t have enough people working there
I paid for the diagnosis of my suddenly dead phone - and an hour later I got my working phone back : The diagnosis of my dead phone had done the trick with whatever had been jiggled in the process. I was not charged for anything else. WHAT SUPER SERVICE!!!
