I had a great experience with Matthew I came in with a charging port problem for a month now and took him 5 mins to fix the problem come get ur phone fixed by him
I stopped by thinking I need a battery change. They Quickly checked the phone told me I didn’t yet and showed me how to tell when I do. I certainly will return when necessary.

I've been to this location twice and had terrible experiences both times. The first was years ago and they gave me the run around with my warranty from Samsung and different numbers to call (and Samsungwas the one whole initally scheudled this appointment for me). Long story short the problem never got fixed and a few months later I ended up just buying a new phone. I was very reluctant to come to this location again but it was closer.
