Did not fix properly in first day and had to come back the next day because the screen popped out.
Terrible! As soon as we picked the phone up, the screen went blank...which was the original issue. They refused to fix it, even though the issue wasn't correctly fixed by them the first time. They will force you to file a second claim so they can get paid twice. Greedy and dishonest.
Brad provided truly exceptional service and went above and beyond to help me. I arrived at uBreakiFix just before closing in a desperate situation because my phone's charging port had stopped working, and I urgently needed it that night. He immediately reassured me that he would do everything possible to resolve the issue, and he absolutely delivered. In just 30 minutes, my phone was repaired and working perfectly.
