eyezik was the best he helped us
The replacement screen never worked right. The phone would turn off at unexpected times even when there was enough battery. Frustrating. I turned the phone into Apple and got a new one.
The staff was very helpful and explained the problem to me. Brad did his magic on my laptop and fixed it at the counter. He did a great job!!!!
I took my laptop in yesterday to try to get a key that my cat had popped off the keyboard put back in place. I was helped by a nice young man, Brad, who made several attempts to put the key in place but, apparently, some of the plastic bits that hold it in place were damaged/missing so it was in vain. It is a little used key on the top row which we confirmed still works if needed. Although my issue was not fixed, it was not through lack of trying.
