Great experience. I signed up for an appointment the morning of the desired date on line. An associate, Chris, called to delineate the problem and to ensure the replacement part was available. I arrived 30 minutes early and they promptly evaluated my phone. They added on an additional service to clean the phone that I requested after arriving. The phone was ready to go in 30 minutes. Beware – Negligent Repair and No Accountability I took my Pixel 9 pro fold to this uBreakiFix location for a warranty repair after Google referred me to them. My phone only had a black line on the inner screen when I dropped it off. It was inspected upon receipt, confirming no physical damage. However, when I went to pick it up, my phone had multiple cracks that were NOT there before. The store claimed it was already broken and refused to take responsibility.
