Joe was the best and made the process quick and easy, this guy definitely deserves a raise, the assurion + is definitely worth it
stopped by thinking I was going to be paying for either a cleaning or replacement of the charging port on my phone. The young man working took my device, and after doing a light cleaning/inspection, came back and said it more than likely could be my charging cables. I thanked him for his time, and at the same time I insisted to pay him for his time & assessment. He insisted on not getting paid. Honest and helpful. Rare attributes to find nowadays. I recommend this place.
This was the best store and best experience. Joe and Juan were both incredible. I feel like a new person with a new phone screen!
