PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!! I had a horrible experience here. Juan is not only lazy, but seems incompetent. I brought my Google Pixel Fold Pro 9 in to try and get it repaired. Not only did he not know anything about the phone or how to repair it, but he kept trying to turn me away. Even after I showed him the fact that Amazon referred me to his store with an appointment, he still tried turning me away stating I needed a claim number which was totally incorrect!! I think uBreakiFix is great. They are highly skilled and, just as importantly, very honest. Unfortunately, my SIM card got stuck in my phone, and the phone was showing “SOS.” Getting it fixed at the Apple Store would have required an appointment and a long wait.
