I brought a ps5 because it turned off occasionally WELL they diagnosed it for $60 and said they can try to fix it. Long story short after 2-3 weeks they basically said there’s nothing to do and recommended to buy a new one and now it’s COMPLETLY broken it DOSENT even turn on.
So on September 1st I took my Xbox series X in to get it repaired, they told me that they were a little backed up so it might take a few days to get to it and that they would call me that Saturday to give me an update. They never did and after about a week and a half after taking it in I decided to call them, which I couldn't get through for several days due to their phone system. Stopped in with for charging issue was in and out within a few minutes.
Stopped in to get my charge port cleaned. They did a great job, in and out in 5 mins, and they did charge me. Now i'm back to fast charging
Got my macbook replaced through them, took only a few days!
