We brought an Xbox series X in to have the hdmi port repaired. When we came to pick up the Xbox they plugged the system up and the power would not stay on. Nothing was wrong with the power prior to Chris soldering the the hdmi port or prior to us bringing the game to Asurion. We where told that they forgot to check the power before they started, but before soldering they had to disconnect the power. I was pleased with the service I recieved from this place. Despite not being able to repair my screen due to Samsung's strict policy, (the finger sensor wasn't working and even though I don't use it they couldn't give me the new screen for the phone so I had to just buy a new phone or wait for them to ship a screen that did which would have taken a month), they we're kind enough to back-up all my data for free and didn't charge me for it or the attempted repair.
Excellent customer service, and friendly. Highly recommended.
Great experience with Omar and Chris. Cleaned my motherboard after some water damage and was able to preserve my ssd!
Guy was really nice and explained really thoroughly what he was capable of given the break and what I should and should not expect. The service was faster than I thought it would be, especially given he was the only one in there.
