The repair was done well, my phone works again, which was my main concert. Took off some stars for lack of business professionalism, brought my phone on a Thurs. Was supposed to hear back in 6 hours, nothing. Tried calling the next day 3 calls rang and just hung up. 4th call got someone (manager?) and when I asked for status, he lamented trying to get the techs to update customers. My pros and cons of this service! Pros, they got me in right away, they were able to order the part I needed in a reasonable time and they give you a one year warranty on the item they fixed for me! The Cons, they did not call me as promised for when my repair item arrived and they did not call me as promised when my device was fixed and ready for pick up!

They were great, professional, and did exactly what they said they would do!! Would highly recommend Qaadar(sp?) He was awesome!
