Sebastian was individual who guided me through process of determining what needed to be done to/with my phone to bring it back to an acceptable state. He was clear and not "pushey". Yes I spent more $$ than anticipated but greatful for his knowledge. Also I'd like to add about a week or two ago I happen to pass by Lynnwood store and there was another gentleman that encouraged me to check with my provider first for possible trade in first.
