UPDATE A YEAR LATER: I've now gone to the Lynnwood uBreakiFix three times for different phone issues over the years, and I've been very happy every time. Jason (Jay?) was our technician this time and did a great job. My phone works and looks great! Kim helped us at the front desk and was very patient and helpful as we dealt with Samsung Care to get the repair covered. ------------ We had a really great experience getting our screen protectors replaced here. Kim is so awesome she helped me with my phone so fast and was so informative. She has such a calm voice as well helped relax me in my most desperate time.. the phone works so much better than before too. 5 stars for sure I will definitely be recommending this place to other friends and family
