I was contacted by Google regarding a battery issue with my Pixel 6a. Google has partnered with Asurion to offer free battery replacement. I contacted the Asurion help line and they scheduled an appointment for me at this Southlake uBreakiFix on 7/24. I showed up at my appointment time and the guy at the desk informed me that they didn't have the materials to complete the repair. Bimala, Jake and Steve were the best! They took their time to diagnose my issue and in the end it saved me a significant amount of money because I didn't have to get a replacement phone. Service was also fast, and only took a few working hours, even though they were busy. Definitely recommend! Also asurion customer service has been terrific
