I went into the Ubreakit location in Southlake, Texas. I felt the negative, racist behavior when I opened the door into the store. I didn't get the guy's name that helped me, but he was totally dismissal of the service I needed. He took his time waiting on me and then when I called Asurion to clarify what I needed. He walked away again and never came back. Well, Thank GOD, I didn't need them to repair my phone. I'm blessed with a whole new replacement.
