When I dropped off the phone the young man who was helping me was great. And he was informative and polite and very helpful. When I returned to pick up my item there was a different young man and he was almost discourteous, not friendly, gave me no information about my phone. Phone not impressed.
My phone went crazy. They fixed it for me. So glad I didn't lose any of my info, pics and contacts.
