I purchased a Dell laptop from Best Buy. It went into a non operational mode after 3 months with lights on the side flashing indicating some motherboard or processor error. It was gonna take with Best Buy a 2 to 3 weeks to turnaround (ship to Tennessee yada yada) to get my laptop back in order.
