Got right in and they fixed my phone in less than an hour. They worked with Samsung and there was no charge. Tech are very knowledgeable. They do great work

Was sold an asurionhome+ plan when I stopped by for an amazon device trade in on 2/19/25. Was told any smart device that plugs in would be covered. I decided to inquire more and explained how this was interesting since almost everything in my apartment was smart. My robot vacuum/mop, my anova precision oven, all the lights, multiple devices all within an alexa environment. I was told all of those would be covered under the asurion home + plan so I signed up. Not really impressed with the service! Brought my iPad to get it repaired, a one day repair is turning into 3 days as of today. Technician did bother to call at least to give an update or reason why not fixed yet.
I brought in my very old laptop to see what the issue was. The team took it in for inspection and asked me to come back the next day. When I returned, they explained that a few parts needed to be replaced but advised that it wouldn’t be worth the cost. They kindly removed the hard drive for me so I could keep my data and suggested recycling the laptop. They took out the hard drive at no cost, which I really appreciated. Overall, the customer service was excellent—friendly, honest, and helpful.
