Joseph was great! He had my phone charging again within 5 minutes. Highly recommend
I was told to be at the location at a certain time, And I was.. But not all trouble shooting steps were conducted before I got there. So additional time was asked of me to stay. ( because of the additional time I was asked to stay I missed) 1. My kids pick school pick 2. I generated a few due to my kids not being picked up 3. Behind on making dinner 4 fell behind last minute job application Which in turn I lost time spending with family. I would like it if all trouble shooting steps were conducted prior to my arrival.
