My pc was never fixed. First, they sent me 25 miles away to pick up a battery w/o confirming that it was available. It wasn't. Then, they ordered a battery and told me they would call me when it arrived in about 3 days. I never received a call. When I called them, they said "yes it arrived this morning". This was around 5pm.
