Excellent in cleaning up my cell phone.
Lucian was such a great help with fixing my laptop. He deserves a raise for his communication and work ethic. It wasn’t an easy task for him to fix but he got it done
5+ Rating. Exceptional customer service and my phone was repaired in less than 2 hours. Lucian was working alone and he was answering phones, greeting customers and doing repairs. The entire time he was friendly and took extra time to explain the repair and have me test my phone. Lucian never showed any stress although the conditions that day were stressful. Ubreakifix is fortunate to have such an exemplary technician!
Very helpful and knowledgeable about my issue.
